The Ginger Tree is now rooted in Belfast, imparting  over fifteen years of soundness and custom.

So illustrious is the Japanese food, Sir Paul and Lady Heather McCartney insisted on the veggie tempura when running off on honeymoon from Belfast. For the rest of us the restaurant provides minimalist monochrome interior decoration and Japanese artefacts that compliment the cracking food.

The cuisine here is faithfully genuine. Have a drink, sweet plum liquor perhaps, while you are waiting for your table and then coast into the refined dining room and get set  for an unforgettable dining experience.
